Blood & Mercy-The War Within

In the near-future era of water wars, rebel commander Kael is severely wounded by his subordinate's betrayal and saved by federal doctor Lian. Lian, the president's son, leaks intelligence under the codename White Dove for three years with a living key implanted in his neck. They expose the conspiracy of arms tycoons and the president. After the system self-destructs, Lian is exiled to deep space forever, while Kael rebuilds medical stations waiting across stars.
